Now off to Vegas!

Getting married tomorrow

Sigh and ahhhhh :) woke up at 3:30 without reason. May have the ice maker. Debating on trying to go back to sleep. It is the last night in this apartment (tho i've not even started moving/packing yet) glad I still have a couple weeks of vacation after we get back.

Still teaching new content for 2 weeks.

My nephew.... looking kinda modely but he wasn't posing. Just getting out of his dress shirt and tie and taking the tie out of his hair after my sister's wedding. I actually did not do a lot of taking pictures at Patty's wedding... .I know.. I was surprised too.... but she had a couple photographers so I laid back quite a bit. I did get some flip video that I've not checked out yet either.. .I know! It's been almost a week and I've barely checked out my pictures... being a slacker I guess. After editing and rendering video at work it's hard to come home and do about the same thing for 'fun' tho.

First of the Randomnessesses

I have 2 projects in the works. One is a professional development workshop that I am working with one other to present to our staff. The other is basically a book report that we have but on steroids... Not to mention trying to make my classes (now 3) more modular and a little bit self paced. I've taken probably 10 hours in the last 2 days looking into trying to get portable video players for at least some of my students. not time well spent before I apply for a grant to pay for them... unless I plan to dish out $400-$600 myself....

After the happenings of today I'd better not... it seems by summer I'll get to start helping with a house payment... a real live house... crazily this house is probably a little larger than the house me and my 6 siblings all grew up in. And at least for now, it's just the 2 of us. Here is one of the lovely pictures. The stuff on in the house is still the sellers.... the papers were just started today.
